Ah, Alcatra

There was a traditional dish that was served on the island called Alcatra. It was a very good roast beef kind of dish. It was a meat and potato lovers dream. It consisted of beef, and beef fat cut into various shapes (mostly cubes). We thought they were onions, but they turned out to be fat. It was still good though and we had it more than once.
