A view of the sinks where the prisoners washed up after working.

A view of the bunks that the prisoners slept in. There is a little shelf at the "head" of the bunk that you can't really see in the picture.

These are the bunks. This is apparently a famous picture, sans Lisa of course.

A view from inside the fenceline. Notice the guard tower.

A view down the fenceline at Dachau concentration camp. This snow fell more or less while we were there.

Robin Williams headlined a USO show at the base before Christmas. He had a very funny standup routine.

The guy who played the coach from the waterboy was there. He gave a very good and funny speech.

John Elway also stopped by and threw some autographed footballs into the audience. I didn't get one. He is a pretty poor thrower.

John Elway also stopped by and threw some autographed balls into the audience. I didn't get one. He is a pretty poor thrower.

Fitness model Leeann Tweeden also stopped by. Her dad was in Vietnam and got to meet Raquel Welch on a USO tour.

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Tommy Franks stopped by as part of a USO Tour. He was a surprise guest.

The newest addition to the family. This is Candice Puydepin. She was barely five weeks old in this picture.

This is Beatrice's niece and nephew, Anais and Adrian. They are very nice. Anais explained, with the aid of pictures, the difference between a horse and a person's hair in French.

Lisa with Santa's helpers.

Me eating course #2 at Danielle's house. This is especially gratifying because all of the dishes were fish dishes, which Lisa isn't terribly fond of. Therefore, I got to eat twice the courses.

" A Tarantula! "
Lisa and I had an arguement that anyone would know what the above quote means. If you know what this is in reference to or where the quote was used, feel free to post your answer below.

"Do you think the roads are getting slick?" This was the question Lisa asked me as we watched the ground whiten in two hours.

Sarah enjoying here ring pop that we gave her. You can notice the blue mouth in the baptism gown picture further down the page.

Beatrice opening the quilt Lisa got her, I mean, the quilt that I sewed by hand.

A good picture of Beatrice, her sister Florence and her mom.
